'Hexed: Christmas Special' was nothing more than a mere joke made after a fun day out at the cinema. Little did the director's friends know that he really did want to make the comical sequel and spoof of Christmas Specials all rolled into one.

With all the lead cast, bar one, returning in all their glory, the original crew assembled and shot the entirety of the film in one day. Then, armed with new software, the editors, composer and visual effects supervisor worked their magic in the best way they could - even with huge time-restrictions (for instance, the score was composed, recorded, edited, and then put into the film in just under three days!).

Whilst the film does satirise both sequels and Christmas specials, the final film still has its own unique story. We are proud of the film as it was our first made without any professional assistance, and some would even claim it was better than the original (which had both professional help and funding!).
